Services range from consultations and cuts through color, extensions, quickweaves, maintenance, removal and wig work. Sew-in and extension installs make up much of the menu, including partial and half up half down sew-ins, lace-frontal installs, and K-tip, microlink and tape-in methods. Some installs have their own time estimates and require a consultation first.

Every style includes a shampoo at the start of the visit, which the business calls its Killher wash. Service times assume an average head size and hair length, so thicker or longer hair may take more time and can carry an up-charge.

Hair for an appointment should be ordered on the website at booking, and coloring of bundles or wigs needs four business days' notice with no same-day coloring.

Booking terms: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and rescheduling or cancelling requires another deposit. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment bring half the appointment price due, and no-call no-shows or unchanged bookings are charged the full service price. Extra guests are not allowed. Appointments outside regular business hours carry a $175 squeeze-in fee. Cash, Zelle and card with photo ID are accepted, with a $10 fee on card payments.

Purchases are not refunded. Exchanges may be approved within two days of purchase if the item is unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and requested with proof of purchase; sale items cannot be exchanged. Defective, damaged or wrong items should be reported on receipt. Shipping usually takes three to five days after payment, and salon pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Work is planned around a consultation where one is required, and each install is timed to the length and thickness of the client's hair.
