Each appointment is planned around patience, attention to detail and the specific needs of the individual client, from preparation through the final style. Visits are meant to feel calm and unhurried, with time to slow down and be looked after, not only to leave with a style.

Services cover protective braids and twists, crochet and invisible locs, styles for children ages 3 to 11, wig installs and refreshes, and natural hair care. The Lush Twist is a double cleanse and relaxing wash followed by a deep conditioning treatment. The Natural Hair Prep & Care Package takes down the existing style, adds The Lush Wash Experience and finishes with a strengthening conditioning treatment. The Restoration Experience pairs the wash with a conditioning step, blow-dry and light styling.

Consultations are available before booking. A one-on-one hair consultation looks at goals, styling preferences and current hair condition. The bridal and event consultation plans natural hairstyles for weddings, photoshoots and events, covering the look, preparation, protective options and timeline.
