The studio sells Dr. Bump and Patchology products, including an ingrown hair lotion, a Brazilian scrub, a brightening roll-on, a lip treatment and a hand mask. All product sales are final, though exchanges can be requested within 30 days of shipment with the customer covering return shipping. Online orders of $40 or more after discounts, before taxes, get free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders usually ship within 48 hours and arrive in about 3 to 5 days. The studio does not ship outside the US and does not offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

The loyalty program gives one star per visit with a $50 minimum purchase. At 5 stars members receive a free Dr. Bump Brazilian Scrub, at 7 stars a free eyebrow wax, and at 15 stars a $25 credit.
