The menu is organized into manicures and pedicures, shellac or gel lacquer, nail enhancements, additional nail services, kids' services, and waxing. A standard manicure includes shaping, buffing, cuticle care, and a hand and arm massage, with a polish of your choice. The deluxe version adds an exfoliating sea scrub, a hand mask, and a warm herbal towel and cooling gel massage.

Pedicures range from a spa pedicure with a foot soak, callus removal, and leg and foot massage, up to a signature pedicure with hot stone massage and paraffin wax. The herbal organic spa pedicure uses BCL SPA certified organic products that are paraben free. The salon says it uses several safety measures during pedicures to improve cleanliness. Pedicures include regular polish, and a shellac add-on is available.

Appointments and walk-ins both receive complimentary wine, soda, or water. Parking is available, and gift certificates can be purchased.
