Balayage and highlight services are built around dimension. A partial balayage works the front and top half of the head and leaves the lower half untouched, while a full balayage adds depth but keeps the natural root color so the grow-out stays soft. Full highlights and babylights take blonde close to the roots for a brighter result with feathered regrowth. Face framing covers only the front hairline, and toner is available to refresh the tone of blonde hair.

For maintenance, the salon gives typical refresh schedules for its color services. Grey coverage and root matching are usually done every four to six weeks, full balayage every four to six months, and partial and full highlights every six to eight weeks. Extra color is charged when more than 1.5 inches of new growth needs color, or when an unusually large amount of color is needed. The salon will correct a service that a client is unhappy with if it is reported within ten days of the visit, at no extra charge. Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.

The menu is built around color work with clear timing guidance, so clients can plan how often to return for each service.
