On the color side, a full highlight places foils from root to ends, up to 60 of them, with gloss or toner included, and takes about 210 minutes. A partial highlight uses up to 40 foils around the face, crown and part line. An express highlight is a shorter option with up to 12 foils plus gloss, blow-dry and style. Balayage is a freehand technique, and multidimensional color uses darker tones to build depth and contrast. All-over color includes blow-dry and style, and a full root touch-up covers about an inch of regrowth.

Cuts and styling include a haircut that covers shampoo, a scalp massage, blow-dry and style in about an hour. Children's haircuts are offered for children 8 and younger, and shampoo and style for children carry an extra fee. Bang trims and shampoo-and-blowout visits are also available. Add-ons include a root shadow, a hair gloss treatment, an Olaplex treatment, a scalp treatment and a deep conditioning hair mask.

Clients can reschedule by giving at least 48 hours' notice. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period after the start time, and arriving later than that marks the appointment as a no-show that must be rebooked. To cancel, clients should contact the salon by phone or email as soon as possible. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
