The menu runs from quick bang trims and haircuts for children 12 and under to color work. Options include highlights, partial and full balayage, all-over color, root touch-ups, and dimensional coverage for gray, along with gloss or toner and a keratin treatment. Deep conditioning and a consultation to talk through colors are also available before a service.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 2:30 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A deposit confirms a booking and agreement to the cancellation terms. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment carries a 50% fee and loss of deposit, and a no-show or same-day cancellation carries a 75% fee. Clients are asked to arrive within a 15-minute window, and a later arrival may mean rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and cannot be refunded once sold.

Event styling includes shampoo and a blow-dry and requires a deposit. Wedding and large party pricing is quoted on request.
