Before services begin, the team takes time to learn each client's style and what they are used to, so the visit can be shaped around that. Hand and foot care is the core of the menu, with several tiers of manicure and pedicure that build on one another.

The Regular Manicure and Regular Pedicure cover the essentials: polish removal, soaking, clipping, shaping, cuticle care, buffing, lotion massage and polish. The Deluxe versions add a paraffin hot wax or mask and a hot towel. The Super Deluxe Pedicure adds paraffin hot wax to the Deluxe steps, and the Organic options use a calcium and protein treatment, a pearl soak and scrub, paraffin, hot stone massage and a hot towel.

Children under 11 can book basic manicures and pedicures and simple color changes, with shellac options available.

Appointments are kept unhurried, and the team takes time to understand each client's preferences and experience before any service begins.
