Brow work covers lamination, shaping, reshaping and tinting, plus brow extensions made with 100% human hair fibers that last up to two weeks. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that straightens, sets and tints brow hair, lasting up to eight weeks. The studio also offers a YUMI keratin brow lamination that changes the direction of brow hairs and lasts six to eight weeks. A henna brow tint, listed as suitable for sensitive skin, lasts over two weeks. Eyebrow hair regrowth microneedling is offered as a separate service.

For microblading, each hair-like stroke is drawn by hand with a handheld blade, and the process usually takes two appointments, with a touch-up at least 30 days after the first. The studio also offers nanoblading, microshading, ombre powder shading and Phibrows microblading, and lists cover-ups of older microblading. Brow restoration after radiation, chemotherapy or alopecia requires a doctor's consent before booking. Touch-up visits and color boosts are reserved for existing clients.

Lash extensions use faux mink fibers applied with a hypoallergenic glue and the FlashCure UV application system. The studio says the FlashCure UV system triples lash extension retention, and it notes the adhesive has not been clinically tested for hypoallergenic use, though it is low odor and low fume. Every extension application starts with a pre-application consultation and a signed waiver and release. Styles range from classic and featherweight to wispy hybrid, anime, natural volume, bold volume and Russian mega volume. For clients who want no extensions, the YUMI lash lift is a keratin treatment that lifts and curls natural lashes, with optional upper or upper and lower lash tint.

Permanent makeup covers eyes and lips, including eyeliner, lip blush and lip neutralization, and the studio offers 3D areola pigmentation after mastectomy as medical permanent makeup. Staff are described as state board licensed aestheticians, certified master lash stylists and certified YUMI lash experts, and the permanent makeup artists as licensed, advanced certified and trained as PhiContour artists through PhiAcademy. Permanent makeup uses sterile, disposable tools and the pigments are described as cruelty-free and free of toxic metals. Tattoo removal uses an extraction method rather than a laser, usually takes more than one session, and the studio says it leaves no scarring. Results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. A non-refundable deposit is required to book, credited toward the service, and the boutique sells retail brow and lash products and gift cards.

The studio works by appointment and presents its brow and lash work as an extension of spa skincare. It says it follows OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols and uses sterile, disposable tools for every permanent makeup session.
