Primary care is membership-based and concierge in style, covering individuals and families. The practice describes its approach as direct care focused on prevention and a closer relationship between physician and patient. Patients pay the practice directly, since it does not accept insurance or Medicare. Silver membership is $150 per month and includes office visits, routine and urgent care, an annual physical, most in-office diagnostic tests and procedures, routine injectables, an annual flu vaccine, email and phone consultations, and help coordinating specialty care. Platinum membership is $225 per month and adds 24/7 access through the physician's cell phone, house or office calls when appropriate, membership in The Outsiders fitness group, and after-hours urgent care from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends. Primary care offers same-day appointments and evening and weekend availability, with phone and email consultations in between.

The 2026 Executive Health Membership is invitation-only and is in its second year. The initial investment is $15,000 for new members, and renewal is $12,000 per year after the first year. The initial membership includes a comprehensive exam and an executive physical with Princeton Longevity Center, and each year includes an annual executive exam. Covered offerings include full-body screening, a full body MRI, a full chest CT, a DEXA scan, Cologuard, an audiogram, an abdominal aortic ultrasound, an executive bloodwork panel, hormone blood panels, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, vaccines, sclerotherapy, PRP for hair loss, procedures for sun damage and loss of laxity, and exercise, diet and stress consultations. Members also get a dedicated Executive Health Navigator medical assistant during office hours, priority access to Dr. Albenberg, same-day acute care, and home or office visits when appropriate.

The urgent care and aesthetics services in Charleston broaden the practice beyond primary care. Urgent care treats acute illness and minor injuries, performs minor procedures including laceration repair and biopsies, and offers rapid PCR virus testing. Aesthetics offers Botox and lip flips, dermal fillers including Sculptra and Restylane, neurotoxin treatments for wrinkles, and superficial and medium-depth chemical peels. Neurotoxin injections are also used for excessive sweating, TMJ and headaches. A complimentary aesthetics consultation is offered before treatment.

Direct-care, concierge medicine centered on prevention and a closer physician-to-patient relationship. Chemical peels are developed by a dermatologist and customized to each patient rather than generic box-kit peels.
