Massage sessions start with a conversation about where you hold tension and how much pressure you prefer, and the work is adjusted to your comfort and goals. A 60-minute appointment includes a full 60 minutes of hands-on care, and the spa's True Time policy means a booked 30-minute session includes the full 30 minutes of treatment. Appointments can be booked online or by phone at 636-492-2668, and online pricing is shown before a booking is confirmed. A 50% deposit is required for all services; cancelling 24 hours or more ahead gives a full refund, while cancelling within 24 hours or missing an appointment without calling forfeits the deposit.

The laser menu runs on a single Fotona TimeWalker 4D Pro, a dual-wavelength medical laser (Er:YAG and Nd:YAG), and covers 21 services including facial lifting, skin resurfacing, hair removal, scar revision and pain relief. Every laser client has a consultation first, where options are reviewed and a plan and schedule are set; the $50 consultation fee is applied to any laser service booked afterward. Dr. Willard Howard serves as Medical Director for laser services, and the spa works directly with Fotona, the device's manufacturer. Laser treatment has no minimum age, and a parent or guardian signs for a minor. The spa says every laser treatment it offers is suitable for all skin tones, with settings adjusted to skin type.

Facial treatments use Cosmedix and Epionce products, and retail skin care products, gift cards and spa packages are available. Monthly memberships are billed monthly, come in 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hour levels, and offer $5 to $55 off services, 10% off retail skin care (excluding Young Living), a monthly raffle, one wellness class each month and guest passes. No-commitment memberships are individual, not sharable, and paid as a flat fee for 3, 6 or 12 months. Memberships, services and skin care products are listed as HSA and FSA approved, and loyalty points are earned for check-ins, new reviews, 60-plus minute services and referrals, with 30 points earning a 30-minute session upgrade.

The spa pairs natural elements such as water, salt and oxygen with skin care products and uses vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and eco-conscious products. Massage and facial work are tailored to each client's stated goals and comfort.
