About
Lydia is a licensed massage therapist who has recently completed her training at The Healing Arts Center and has more than a year of practical massage work behind her. Her focus is easing pain and discomfort in clients whose joints or muscles have limited movement. Her toolkit includes myofascial release, Swedish massage, effleurage and petrissage, skin rolling, torsion, Reiki, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, and both active and passive stretching. She also provides a specialized abdominal massage and sees clients of every age. She performs her clients' massages personally, and a Google review describes a couples massage she gave with Sarah.
