Hair services cover haircuts, highlights, perms, keratin smoothing treatments, hair extensions and color. Balayage, ombre and shadow root are booked directly with a stylist. A partial highlight foils the crown, and low lights can be used instead of highlights. Adding more than one color to a highlight service is available for an extra charge. Extensions use human hair that can be curled and styled, and they require a consultation before installation, with half the extension cost due beforehand. Keratin treatments are described as lasting up to four months and as suitable for color-treated or bleached hair. Perms typically last around three to six months, according to the salon. Color services range from root touch-ups to all-over color, and the salon describes its professional color system as offering grey coverage and shine.

Massage options include Swedish, therapeutic or deep tissue, hot stone, chair, pregnancy, warm bamboo and cupping. Pregnancy massage uses bolsters and blankets for side-lying comfort. Chair massage is offered at the salon in 15 to 30 minute sessions, and local businesses can book an on-site chair massage by the hour with a two-hour minimum. Manicures and pedicures include gel, acrylic and dip powder sets, along with spa manicures that include exfoliation and a warm paraffin mask, and spa pedicures with a themed scented soak, mask and scrub that changes monthly. Hand and foot treatments can be added to massage, facial or nail services for an additional charge and must be requested in person rather than online.

Facials are tailored to each client and use Skin Script professional products and enzymes. Peel options include a 30% glycolic peel, a 20% lactic peel, a 15% pumpkin enzyme treatment and a 10% TCA depigmentation peel. Facial and peel treatments are recommended as a series of at least six, with maintenance at least every four weeks. Peel candidacy is reviewed in a consultation, and some clients are asked to obtain a doctor's clearance first. Chemical peels are not offered to anyone who has been off Accutane for less than six months. Other options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED treatments and advanced add-ons such as nano needling and high frequency.

Treatments are tailored to each client, from skin-specific facials to waxes chosen for each guest.
