The studio says it serves clients from across the surrounding Central Florida towns, including Winter Park, Kissimmee, Clermont and DeLand.

Every visit starts with a consultation to talk through goals, draw the shape and confirm the design before any pigment is applied. Clients can complete an online pre-consultation form first, then fill out a service-specific guest form after booking. Booking requires a deposit and a studio policy form. Walk-ins are not accepted, and requests are usually confirmed within 24 hours, with openings typically one to two weeks out. Most procedures involve several sessions, and a quote is given at the time of service. Children and observers are not allowed in the treatment area, and clients who need help with English must bring an interpreter for the whole procedure.

The studio's medical services include 3D areola tattooing for people who have had a mastectomy or lumpectomy, breast or chest reconstruction, or gender-affirming top surgery. Work can be done on one side to match the existing areola, or on both sides. Since January 1, 2022, it has submitted insurance reimbursement claims for areola clients, and it states that reimbursement amounts are not guaranteed. Clients may also apply for grants from The United Breast Cancer Foundation toward the cost of 3D areola tattooing. The studio accepts Health Savings Account payments and offers in-house financing over two installments.

The studio runs AboutPMU, a hands-on mentorship and training program for permanent makeup artists, created with Industry PMU. Listed options include a 4-hour session with a live model for $900, a 2-hour Q&A session for $300, and a two-day one-on-one course covering fundamentals and one area of focus for $2,200.

Treatments are tailored to each client and their face shape, and the method is chosen around their goals, skin and lifestyle rather than current trends. The studio works with surgeons and post-surgical teams on medical tattoo work.

The studio describes its clinic as private, judgment-free, warm and welcoming.
