Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Gift cards are available. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, arranged in person, with approval needed before the appointment.

Brow services include a standard brow tint, a brow wax with tint, and a newer hybrid brow tint made with Bronsun Tint, which the studio describes as a henna-style effect without henna. The hybrid tint is listed as lasting up to about seven weeks on hair and seven to ten days on skin, and the formula is listed as safe for lashes too. Microblading requires a $75 deposit, sessions are listed at 135 minutes, and the price varies. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, or do not show up, are charged a 30% fee. Consultations are 30-minute visits listed at no charge, reserved for serious injuries, and same-day availability may be limited.
