Color is a set of services that begins with an in-person consultation for all new color clients, which takes about 15 minutes and is needed before any color is booked. From there, options range from single process root retouches and shadow roots to all-over color, mini foil and money piece work, partial and full highlights, and hand-painted balayage that is applied off the scalp. Lightener retouches and a Fairy Hair service are also offered, and a Vivid Color Service runs about six hours.

For cuts, the salon offers a wet haircut done with scissors and no blowdry, which is not available as a precision cut, as well as a haircut with a blowdry finish and a clipper cut where half or more of the cut is done with clippers. Treatments include Milbon repair and scalp treatments and a Malibu Blonde treatment with a replenishing masque. Add-ons include a GK Fast Blowdry keratin service that smooths hair for four to six weeks without straightening it, a gloss for shine or tone, a B3 additive, flat iron and curl styling, and a five-minute grey blend at clipper length.

Policies are worth reading before booking. A valid credit card is required to book any service, and services are nonrefundable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not receive their full service, and late arrivals that force a reschedule may incur a fee. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours carry a fee of half the booked services, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Clients who do not pay those charges will not be rebooked. Clients who contact the salon within 48 hours of their appointment about results may receive adjustments within seven days of service, though adjustments do not cover new services or services not discussed at the consultation, and they are forfeited if the hair has been altered afterward by the client or another stylist.
