Hair extensions are a major focus. The salon is a certified Bellami extension salon, and its Bellami pieces are made from 100% Remy human hair and custom-ordered in color, length, texture and volume rather than pre-packed. Extension consultations are free, in salon or online, and are handled by a certified Bellami extension specialist. Before visiting, clients can complete an online form covering their current hair, their goals, their concerns and the level of stylist experience they prefer. Pricing is set after the consultation and depends on method, length, texture and color match, and most professional installations are said to start at $900 to $1,200 or more, including the hair, installation and a styling session. Maintenance visits for adjustments, reinstallations and conditioning are priced separately, and extensions are said to last 6 to 12 months with proper care, depending on method.

Color appointments begin with an in-depth consultation, and precision haircuts start with a personalized one. The Aura Blowout is a wash, blow dry and style starting at $55, and it includes a complimentary coffee, cappuccino, prosecco or mimosa. Hours are Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less notice, and missed appointments without notice, are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or shortened by their stylist. Gift cards are available for purchase.

Services are tailored to each client, and extension pricing is set after a consultation that considers method, length, texture and color match.
