The studio has been taking clients since that year. Its approach grew out of hair healing, a set of treatments that the owner developed and that form the core of the studio's work.

Each treatment is customized to the client's hair, their goals and the season. The studio uses signature healing formulas it developed in-house and works with clean brands. All hair color products are free of sulfates and parabens and contain no ammonia. Services are the same regardless of gender and are priced by hair length, and the studio works with all hair types, including curls and coils.

Waiting guests can have herbal tea and browse books or an oracle card desk. Color services include balayage in face-framing, half and full versions, single and double process color, root touch-ups and base color changes, and a platinum transformation that suits previously foiled blondes or virgin hair over one to three sessions.

Other services include cuts sorted by length, keratin alternative smoothing with a touch-up option, a seasonal scalp and hair massage treatment, and wedding hair. Wedding hair can be done in the salon or on site, with trial and wedding-day appointments and a Wedding Prep Deluxe Experience for wedding parties of three to nine. Wedding bookings are made by email.

Hair healing treatments are the foundation of the studio, with each service adjusted to the client's hair, goals and the season, using natural, pH-balancing ingredients.
