Color appointments begin with a free 15-minute consultation for first-time clients, which can be held over Zoom, and the color service is booked during that call. Chunky highlights and full or half on-scalp bleach or color block also need a consultation before a first color visit. A 50% deposit is taken when a color appointment is scheduled, and color pricing can shift with current hair color, goals and history.

Extension work covers tape-in, I-tip, K-tip and sew-in weft installation, plus full tape-in installations and extension removal. Extension consultations are free and take 30 minutes. Custom colored wigs are made to order, priced from $400 to $600 or more depending on cap construction, length, density and hair goals, and a free 15-minute wig consultation comes first.

Haircuts include a first-time cut, a maintenance trim for returning guests and bang trims. Shampoo is done with New Wash, which the business says cleans hair without harsh detergents.

Color is planned around each client's current hair color, goals and history, and consultations come before first visits for more involved color work.
