The studio's guiding idea is that less is more. The aim is natural, effortless color delivered with a contemporary approach that the studio describes as healthy and sustainable. Services are grouped into color, cut and care.

Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Every appointment starts with a consultation in natural daylight, and balayage is priced at that consultation based on length, starting color and how much of the head is painted, rather than from a set menu. Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair and no product, and haircuts are recommended before color. A quick blow-dry is included with color services, while styling needs a separate booking. New clients book online by choosing a stylist and creating a profile.
