Facials are the core of the menu and are grouped as premium, express and bodycare. Premium facials run 60 to 90 minutes and include a light massage; the 90-minute version adds a custom hydrojelly mask. Premium options include Anything But Basic, Diamond Standard Microderm, Illiumating, Illiumating Dermaplane, Gorjaz Skin Peel, Thirst Trappin Hydrafacial, a GQ Edition men's facial, and a Standard facial. Express facials are 30 minutes and do not include extractions or the hydrojelly mask, though the mask can be added for an extra fee. Listed menu prices include Dermaplane at $35, Hydra at $70, Diamond Facial at $75 and Chemical Peel at $90.

The studio's bodycare menu runs from body scrubs and body masks to back facials, foot and leg work, hand and arm work, and the vajacial and booty facial. Waxing is available for the underarms, arms, legs, chest, abdomen, back, bikini, French bikini, Brazilian, and butt cheeks, plus brows, tinted brows, lip, and chin. Other offerings include Swedish and hot stone massage, small group training, stretching sessions, and nutrition coaching that includes meal prep.

Booking requires a credit or debit card to hold an appointment. Appointments can be reserved up to two weeks ahead and are confirmed two days before. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the service shortened or rescheduled and are charged the full amount. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full price. Clients with three no-call no-shows can no longer book. Guests under 18 need parental consent and a parent or guardian present during the service.

Cash, credit or debit cards (which carry a processing fee at checkout), and gift cards are accepted; checks, Cash App, and Zelle are not. Tipping is up to the client and is not built into prices, with 15 to 20% of the service being the customary range. Gift cards cannot be refunded or swapped for cash. Products that are still sealed may be returned within 14 days when a receipt is shown. Opened products are eligible for a partial refund issued as gift card credit. Any return requested after the 14-day window is also credited to a gift card.

Every facial is tailored to the client's specific skin care concerns and needs.
