Bridal work is a large part of what the studio does. Makeup is tailored to each bride's features, skin type and the look she has in mind, and bridal makeup leans toward soft glam with natural-looking finishes and long-wear techniques, including airbrush. Hair and makeup can also be done on location across Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Brides are encouraged to book six to twelve months ahead, and earlier for popular dates.

The booking process starts with a contact form to check date availability. A questionnaire then leads to a custom quote and timeline, and a bridal trial previews the wedding-day look. After the trial, the bride reviews the quote, signs a wedding contract and pays a retainer to hold the date. All bridal makeup and hair costs and fees are shared up front. Bridesmaids and other members of the wedding party can book bridal party makeup.

Outside of weddings, the studio offers special event makeup for engagement sessions, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners, and group makeup and hair for private groups, with teams able to travel to the group's location.

The founders describe beauty as something for every woman at every stage of life, and they see makeup as both transformative and fun, with good skin care as the starting point. The studio team includes hair stylists, makeup artists, brow artists, nail artists, estheticians, production artists, photographers, and style, headshot and branding coaches. The studio describes its artists as having more than 30 years of combined experience and its team as highly vetted, and it lists an award-winning photographer among its team. Freelance artists with their own established business can rent room space at the studio on an as-needed basis.
