The spa has been operating in the South Bay for over two decades and works from a suite on Hawthorne Boulevard. Its menu covers facials for several ages and needs, a set of clinical skin treatments, eyelash extensions and lifts, permanent makeup, and waxing.

Facials run from a 45-minute express service to a 60-minute signature facial built on European techniques, with deep cleansing, extraction, facial massage and a customized moisturizing mask. A teen facial and a men's facial, which adds neck and shoulder massage, are also offered. Several facials can be paired with an eyelash lift for one visit.

The clinical menu includes hydrolifting, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, a non-invasive microchanneling treatment called ProCell, and a collagen sheet treatment. Chemical peels include home care after the session. For a longer visit, the R3 Premium Spa Special Relaxation, Rejuvenation and Recovery package runs 150 minutes and includes a scalp massage, a facial, and massage of the upper body, arms, hands, legs and feet.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The spa often accommodates same-day requests, so clients call to check availability. Reservations can be made by phone or in person with a credit card, and clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice, and clients with repeated cancellations are asked to pay a deposit in advance. Mobile phones should be silent or off during services.
