Estëz Beauty Bar & Spa, also known as E.B.B.S, is a small, privately owned beauty bar and spa in the Redondo Gateway Shopping Center. Rocio, the in-house lead esthetician, owns the business and performs many of the treatments herself.
The salon describes itself as a welcoming space where self-care comes first. Facial menus run from a teen detox facial and express dermaplaning to custom facials, peel treatments and several HydraFacial levels, including a signature, deluxe and platinum option, plus a BioRe Peel. Add-ons include high frequency, a hydrojelly mask, Celluma LED light therapy, a chemical peel add-on, and eye and lip treatments that include a full-size serum. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, underarms and body, including Brazilian and bikini services. Brows are offered as mapping, waxing and reshaping, lamination and tinting, and lash lifts are available alone or bundled with brow lamination and waxing.
Booking is flexible: a mini complimentary consultation is available by phone, text, email or Instagram direct message, and a virtual consultation by text. The business is cashless and takes only contactless payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; cash is accepted for tips only. A card on file is required for every appointment, used only for cancellation fees. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee on all scheduled services. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be cancelled, and no-shows are charged the same fee.
Some services have restrictions. The Teen Detox Facial, for ages 17 and under, requires a parent or guardian to stay in the treatment room for the full service. Products can be bought during an appointment or requested by message, with an invoice for contactless payment and a pickup time.
The salon says its facial treatments are designed to meet each client's skin where it is, with personalized skincare routines as part of the offering.
