Haircuts are customized to each client, and a first-time visit includes a facial analysis to help guide the cut. Color options range from all-over permanent and semi-permanent color to highlights, lowlights, baby-lights and balayage, and eyebrow arching is offered while color is processing.

Perms are chosen by hair length and goal. Spiral perms use long rods for tight, cascading curls or ringlets, while body wave perms add volume and a loose, gentle wave that suits thin or flat hair and shoulder length or longer hair. A haircut can be added to a perm for an additional $40.

Booking rules are straightforward: cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and a missed service fee of 50% of the scheduled cost applies if a reserved appointment cannot be refilled. Clients who are not fully satisfied can book a follow-up within 14 days of the original service, and clients are encouraged to book their next visit before leaving. Payment is accepted by cash, check and major credit cards.

According to a July 2022 press release, the salon was chosen as a 2022 Best of Portland Award winner in the Beauty Salon category, an honor given by the Portland Award Program.
