The site also says the owner has worked with larger hotels that call on the business when their own spas are overbooked.

A visit happens wherever the client is. Therapists bring a portable massage table, linens, equipment and music, so the client needs no setup, and draping is used throughout. Same-day appointments are often available, seven days a week, and in most service areas a therapist can arrive in as little as three hours. Clients can ask for the same therapist for every visit. The business is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and can be reached at (602) 448-6836.

Massage sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes and start at $150 for 60 minutes, depending on location. Manicures and pedicures start at $150. Travel fees may apply, and parking is charged separately where it applies. A credit card is required to book, with a 20 percent non-refundable deposit at booking, or the full amount if the appointment is within 72 hours. The balance is charged the day before. Appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or changed within 72 hours, and refunds are not given for cancellations or no-shows. Sessions that are ended because of inappropriate behavior are still charged in full.

Some services are limited by location. Facials, mobile manicures and pedicures, and spa parties are offered in Arizona only, and Southern California and Las Vegas receive massage in place of full spa parties. Geriatric massage and hospital care is available at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospices, and facials and nail services can be arranged at a home or care facility when illness keeps a client from visiting a salon. Outdoor massages are not offered in Arizona or Palm Springs from May through November. Clients can mix and match services, and add-ons include cupping, lymphatic, hot stone and prenatal massage on request, body scrubs, and personal chef meals.

The business describes its therapists as licensed, insured and trained to industry-standard draping practices, and presents each one as a named specialist rather than a rotating dispatch.

Sessions take place in the client's own home, hotel or office, with the therapist bringing the table, linens, supplies and music.
