The menu is grouped into Scalp Spa, Hair Color, Haircut and Other. The scalp spa service is a personalized treatment with nourishing products and a blow-out, and it can be combined with a haircut. Color work ranges from all-over color and root touch-ups to Hi-Lift Customs, which lift and deposit color from roots to ends for going two to three shades lighter, and to balayage and foilayage, which combine foilayage with highlights, teasylights and tip-outs, with the balayage done by hand. Going darker requires a double process add-on so the hair does not fade lighter. The studio no longer offers Bleach+Tone or color correction services.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer of $35 for each service, with the remaining balance paid at the end of the visit. Cancellations forfeit the retainer, as do reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice. Services are not refunded, but concerns can be raised within two days and the salon will look at the work and try to fix it at no cost. The studio is tip-free, with gratuity included in the prices. Color appointments run long, and water, tea and snacks are provided. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and to keep the rest of the day free.

Consultations are complimentary, last about 30 minutes, and also require the retainer to secure the appointment. The studio serves clients of all genders and ages, but does not offer short cuts such as fades, pixies or tapers; the shortest cut offered is a bob. Scalp spa services are not recommended alongside color services.

Focuses on hair and scalp integrity, with scalp spa and color services kept separate because the studio does not recommend combining them.
