The salon describes itself as small, professional and friendly. Its stylists are independent, each working as a self-employed, licensed professional, so they set their own hours and may charge different prices.

Every new client has a consultation to learn about hair type, personality and what they want before any service begins. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for this.

The menu covers women's and men's haircuts, wash and style for long or short hair, and updos for weddings and formal events. Chemical services include one-process and two-process color, full and partial foil weaves, bleach on the scalp with a toner, all-over and partial perms, spiral perms, ombre and balayage, and conditioning treatments. Most foil, bleach, color and perm services include a haircut. Facial waxing covers brows, lips, chin and the full face.

Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by phone. Current prices and services are listed on the Vagaro page. A credit card is needed to book but is not charged unless a fee applies. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice to avoid a flat $25 charge, and no-shows are charged half the scheduled service cost with a $25 minimum. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount for any service but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each client receives a consultation to determine hair type, personality and desires before the service, and the salon treats its stylists' work as individual and personal.
