The menu is built around facials, from a 30-minute Express Refresher to hour-long options such as Signature, Hydrating, Peptide, Vitamin C, Anti-aging, Acne Control and Rosacea Sensitive Skin facials. Specialty options include a Teen Facial, a Pregnancy Glow Facial for expecting clients with extra sensitive skin, and a Gentlemen's Facial that includes a neck and shoulder massage. DiamondGlow is a resurfacing treatment that uses a patented recessed diamond tip wand, and it can be paired with a Signature Facial or done with a TNS and HA5 version. The spa also offers microneedling, a StemFacial microneedling option, and a 35% TCA chemical peel called BioRePeelCl3, which the salon describes as having no downtime.
Microneedling is sold as a four-treatment series for the face or face and neck. The series must be bought in advance, used within 12 months of purchase, and cannot be combined with other offers. The salon notes that results vary by individual. Add-ons such as microdermabrasion with a diamond-tip handpiece, LED light therapy, NuFACE face-lift and face-toning, a PDRN upgrade and dermaplaning can be added to a visit.
Memberships are available. Signature Membership includes a monthly discount, 10% off in-store products, a free upgrade every third month, and rollover of unused services. DiamondGlow Membership includes a signature facial each month. The Envious Package combines DiamondGlow, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, NuFACE and a neck and shoulder massage in a one hour and 45 minute visit. Allē Rewards members can use their savings only on DiamondGlow treatments at this location.
Treatments are customized to each client's skin concerns and goals, and the spa suggests getting facials every four to six weeks to support skin health.
