The menu is organized into classic manicures and pedicures, signature manicures and pedicures, dipping powder, nail enhancements and nail art. Signature manicures build on a classic manicure and add a massage, and the richer versions add a sugar scrub, a mask and a warm towel wrap. Signature pedicures also start with a classic pedicure. The Aromatherapy Ritual lets guests choose orange, lavender or mint and includes a bath bomb, sugar scrub, mask, warm towel and ten-minute massage. The 18K Golden Aura pedicure uses genuine 24K gold leaf, gold-infused oils and a twenty-minute massage. Upgrading to gel polish on a pedicure costs extra.

For enhancements, the salon offers Gel-X, a soft gel extension system made by Après Nail, along with hard gel full sets and fills, structured gel overlays, gel extensions and a full-coverage dipping powder set. Dipping powder is described as non-toxic and odorless, cures without UV or LED light, and is fortified with calcium and vitamin E. Dipping powder manicures typically last three to four weeks, and Gel-X extensions typically last three to five weeks. Technicians are trained in Gel-X application, and nail enhancements carry a ten-day warranty. Enhancement prices vary with length and complexity. Nail art is priced at $5 or more per nail, from simple accents to trend-led designs.

Hygiene steps are part of each visit: a fresh disposable liner is used for every pedicure so water is never shared, new nail files and buffers are opened for each guest, individual service kits are sterilized for each appointment, and the space is cleaned and sanitized through the day. Complimentary filtered water, soda, white wine and red wine are offered. The salon says services are not rushed or mass-produced and are tailored to each client.

Appointments are preferred and can be booked online through the salon's booking platform, which is powered by Zenoti, or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee, and certain services need a deposit that is applied to the total and is non-refundable for late cancellation or no-show. A Gel-X full set requires a $35 deposit, and the booking platform lists a $25 deposit for gel manicures and a $32.50 deposit for dipping powder manicures.
