About
Vera runs a salon in downtown Austin, specializing in hair extensions, color and restoration. Licensed as a cosmetologist since 2005, she has more than 10 years of extension experience. She spent 15 years in Seattle before bringing her business to Austin in 2020, and she opened the downtown salon about two and a half years after arriving in the city. Clients have come to her from Washington, New York, California, Colorado, South Carolina and Texas.
Her extension training includes Great Lengths Keratin and tape-in methods in Las Vegas, Invisible Cold Extensions, and Hair Talk tape-in and hand-tied weft techniques. Her color education includes Wella, Shades EQ and Goldwell advanced color in Seattle, and balayage study with Kristen Lumiere in both Austin and Seattle. She also trained in Brazilian blondes with Romeu Felipe in Berlin, personal business coaching with Tiffany Scott in Newport Beach, and Ashley Diana's Unapologetic Hair Pro Coaching. She attended the 901 Salon Owner's Luncheon, Color Classes and Beauty Coach event in Los Angeles.
Her work centers on luxury extensions, including Keratin, ICE and tape-in applications, as well as blondes, lived-in and sun-kissed highlights, and restorative hair care. She is a founding member of Hair Extension Pro Academy and Rich Stylist Academy, and holds the Global Community Certified Rich Stylist Coach credential.
