Sonya

Sonya is a Certified Massage Therapist at The Wellness Center MN, where she started in September 2023. Her massage training was completed at Scot-Lewis Schools of Cosmetology, since renamed Empire Beauty School, and she is proficient in the John Latz method of Structural Integration. She has practiced as a Certified Massage Therapist for 22 years, in Minneapolis and Edina, Minnesota. Her services include reflexology, trigger point, myofascial release, Swedish, stretching, prenatal and postnatal, and geriatric massage, with hot stone available as an add-on. Her concentration areas are abdominal, psoas, TMJ and headache work. Her client list has included professional sports teams and touring artists, among them members of the MN Vikings and the folk singer Joan Baez.
