Julia has been a massage therapist at The Wellness Center MN since 2016. She trained at the Sarasota School of Natural Healing Arts in Sarasota, Florida, graduating in 1998. Specialties include trigger point, deep tissue, sports, Swedish, relaxation, prenatal and postnatal, geriatric and juvenile massage, with cupping and hot stone as upgrades. She is also skilled in stretching, migraines, rehabilitation and athletic recovery.
Julia offers treatments for TMJ and headache relief, fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel clients, and abdominal, glute and anterior neck massage. She has worked professionally with the MN Timberwolves and MN United.
