Parth Patel MD

Parth Patel, MD, practices as a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon at PS Dermatology and Surgery in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He is board-certified in dermatology, double board-certified, and completed fellowship training in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. Listed credentials are MD, FAAD and FACMS. He is also on staff at the University of Pennsylvania's Princeton Medical Center, in addition to his Bridgewater work.

He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine as an Alpha Omega Alpha member. His dermatology residency there included a stint as chief resident. He then did a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

His work centers on Mohs surgery, facial reconstruction and aesthetic procedures, along with general dermatology and minimally invasive cosmetic care. He has performed more than 4,000 Mohs cases, and people travel to him from a distance, including from other states, for skin cancer treatment.

He has authored or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed papers, one being a 2021 review of patient education approaches in Mohs surgery. He has presented at the yearly American Academy of Dermatology Conference and at other international dermatology symposiums. He finds teaching residents rewarding. He holds membership in the AAD, ACMS and ASDS. He is consistently rated among the top dermatologists and Mohs surgeons in Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon counties.
