Nicole "Nikki" Hrycko

Nicole "Nikki" Hrycko is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Dawson Integrative & Functional Medicine, LLC, where she practices across psychiatry and primary care. Her medical career began in 2004 as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. She became a Registered Nurse in 2011 and worked in an emergency room, an acute inpatient psychiatric unit, and a medical-surgical telemetry unit before moving into outpatient medicine.

She holds board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as an Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with a focus on psychiatry and primary care. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Her work includes hormone care, including menopause, and she is trained to manage the complex nature of hormones.

Appointments with her are offered by telemedicine only, Monday through Wednesday, 9am to 4pm, in a setting where patients can talk openly about a range of physical and mental health concerns.
