Dr. Christina Dawson

Dr. Christina Dawson is a Primary Care Provider and Acupuncture Physician licensed in Florida, and serves as Laboratory Director at Dawson Integrative & Functional Medicine, LLC. She holds a CLIA Certificate of Waiver. Her medical career began in 2007 in roles ranging from nursing to administration, and she has more than 15 years of functional medicine training and practice. She sees both pediatric and adult patients.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Health Studies and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando in 2017, and her credentials are BS, MS, DOM, and LAc. She holds national board certification from the NCBAHM, formerly the NCCAOM, in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She is also a Certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Her functional medicine work centers on hormone and thyroid health, adrenal fatigue, weight management, nutritional deficiencies, gut health, and the reversal or prevention of chronic disease. Her other areas include pain management, autoimmune and immune health, mold illness, mental health, lifestyle, and PANS/PANDAS. She views each patient as unique and the body as a unified whole with the capacity to heal and regulate itself.
