Nicole Fallacaro, PA-C

Nicole Fallacaro, PA-C, is the founder and a practitioner at Modern Day Wellness. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, and has been board-certified as a Physician Assistant since 2005. Across about twenty years of clinical practice she has worked in surgery, family practice and aesthetic medicine. She trained through the National Laser Institute in 2014 and is certified in cosmetic lasers and injectables. Her work covers cosmetic lasers, neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and she has a particular focus on supporting women through perimenopause and beyond. She also holds ISSCA peptide certification from the International Society for Stem Cell Application, which is a professional society certification rather than a board certification. She opened the practice to work the way she believes medicine should be practiced. Consultations run 45 to 60 minutes, and the timing is set by the patient rather than a schedule.
