Michele Horwich

Michele Horwich is a registered nurse at KleinLipo in San Juan Capistrano, California. She has worked with Dr. Jeffrey Klein and Dr. Norma Kassardjian for over 25 years. She has been the practice's AAAHC Coordinator since 2002 and was Director of Nursing for more than 15 years. Her clinical focus is infiltration of local anesthesia for liposuction; she has performed it on thousands of patients and has deep knowledge of tumescent injection technique. In 1996 she created a liposuction course for nurses, held alongside Dr. Klein's tumescent course for physicians, and she has trained hundreds of physicians and nurses in perioperative tumescent duties, including hands-on infiltration. She is certified in SculpSure lipolysis and has performed hundreds of SculpSure treatments, using her liposuction experience to pick target areas and applicator placement. Since 2015 she has worked as an independent nurse consultant for tumescent liposuction, travelling to help course attendees train staff and set up their practices.
