Megan Joesting

Megan Joesting is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in dermatology. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in the State of Maryland. Joesting has practiced exclusively in dermatology since January 2018, following family medicine at a local practice. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, after undergraduate work at the University of Maryland College Park, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University, graduating at the top of her class. Earlier she worked in an intensive care unit at the University of Maryland Medical Center and at an urgent care center in Baltimore. She is affiliated with the Dermatology Nurses' Association. Her work covers complete body skin exams, minor surgical procedures and general dermatologic concerns. She works to deliver thorough care in a warm, compassionate setting where patients and she talk openly.
