LoriJean

LoriJean is a senior stylist at Balance the Salon and joined the team in December 2021. She received her cosmetology license in 2007 after an apprenticeship program at Sassoon Salon NYC.

She trained as a color specialist and took part in quarterly Sassoon Collections workshops from the Sassoon Academy. She spent eight years at Sassoon, representing the brand at annual fashion shows and stage demonstrations at New York's International Beauty Show, and studied under Sassoon creative directors to deepen her cutting and styling knowledge.

Before joining the salon she spent seven years at the Chop Shop, building a clientele. Her experience includes short hair and natural hair textures.
