Lenka Barta

Lenka Barta is the owner and a master stylist at Lenka Hair Salon. She has been working in hair for about 20 years, according to the site. She specializes in hair coloring and French haircutting.

Her background includes working as a personal assistant to Richard Weintraub, owner of a Sarasota salon, and spending more than seven years as part of a team of stylists at a popular salon in the Venice area, where she received styling classes from Eufora and color education from Schwarzkopf. She later opened her own salon, Lenka Hair Salon.

Her training includes a degree in cosmetology, earned after moving to Florida following graduation from Fashion Focus Hair Academy. She also trained at the Bumble and Bumble institute in New York City, studied at the L'Oreal Professional Paris Institute in Prague, and worked for six months at a downtown salon in Prague. She took advanced French haircutting classes from Frederic Fekkai, Candy Shaw and others, and completed three months of advanced training at Cutting Loose academy in Sarasota covering balayage and French cutting.
