Layla Panoussi joined Black the Salon as a stylist, working alongside owner Jeph Wright every day. She cuts and colors hair, handling everything from a new cut and a light color update to a major change in look. She treats every appointment as an opportunity to sharpen her craft and leave guests feeling sure of themselves. She recently graduated from the Paul Mitchell Institute.
