Laureano Larry Bal-Lance

Laureano Larry Bal-Lance is a director at the salon and has been with it since its grand opening in 2021. He is a Schwarzkopf Professional Senior ASK Expert and color educator, with a focus on color, including color innovation. He is the lead makeup artist. He entered the beauty industry in 2014 and has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade. He completed Vidal Sassoon's ABC Women's Haircutting course in 2018 and the Men's Cutting course in 2019. He holds certifications in Keratin Complex smoothing and in I-Tip, Tape-In and Beaded Weft extensions. Earlier in his career he worked with Redken, L'Oreal, Paul Mitchell and Wella, and for the past eight years he has worked exclusively with Schwarzkopf Professional. He is a member of Schwarzkopf Professional's Calendly 1:1 Consultation Support Team. He has worked on runways at New York, Los Angeles and Portland Fashion Weeks, and at private events for luxury brands including Tiffany and Co. and Gucci. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
