About
Daisy Rendon is an artist and extension specialist who also serves as personal assistant to Brandon Bal-Lance. She joined the salon in 2024 after working as a Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell Schools. She helps with the salon's growth, education and daily operations alongside the leadership team. She entered the beauty industry in 2021.
Her services include lived-in blonding and highlighting, hair extensions, waxing and creative braiding. Her extension specialties are K-Tip, I-Tip, Tape-In and Weft methods, and she holds certifications in Bellami and Monti hair extensions.
Her backstage and styling credits include New York Fashion Week, the Dior Cruise 2027 Show at LACMA, the glam team for the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2024 Launch Event, and work with Malan Breton at New York Fashion Week in Spring 2023. Through Beautick she took part in hair education and runway and editorial preparation in Milan in 2025, and has been part of the network since 2025.
