Brandon Bal-Lance

Brandon Bal-Lance is the creative director and co-founder of the salon. He started in 2013 at a Schwarzkopf Professional salon in Silicon Valley, where he advanced to Master Stylist. After four years as a stylist there, he opened his first salon in the area. He is a Schwarzkopf Professional National Educator, was invited onto the brand's ASK Expert national educator team in 2018, and is an Advanced Vidal Sassoon Artist, trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. His certifications include K18 Global Pro Artist, Schwarzkopf Professional BLONDME and COLOR EXPERT, and the Schwarzkopf Professional Royal Master Colorist certification, as well as Keratin Complex certification and Love Curls workshops. He specializes in I-Tip, Tape-In and Beaded Weft extensions. He most enjoys creating natural color and a range of fashion shades. His favorite products include Oribe Gold Lust Pre Shampoo, Schwarzkopf Professional Fiber Clinix Mask, and Oribe Brilliance and Shine shampoo and conditioner. He has styled hair for the Dior Cruise 2027 Show at LACMA in May 2026, the glam team for the Tiffany and Co. Blue Book 2024 launch, the Oliveda x Vogue.com project in 2025, New York Fashion Week Spring 2023 with Malan Breton, and Portland Fashion Week 2023. In 2025 he took part in hair education and runway preparation in Milan through Beautick's international network, and he was selected as a 2026 International Fashion Hairstylist. He works with Schwarzkopf Professional, Alterna Anti-Aging Haircare, K18, Kerastase and Bellami Pro, and is a member of the Henkel North America Innovation Team.
