About
Kera Washington is the Master Stylist and Creative Director and a co-owner of MeKer Beautique. She studied at Vogue Cosmetology in Austin, Texas, and has worked behind the chair since 2008. Her career started at ULTA in San Antonio, followed by six years at The Hair Clinic in Austin, where she built skills in extensions, color and healthy hair care.
She co-founded MeKer Makeovers in 2013 for weddings and special events, launched MeKer Hair Extensions a few years later, and opened MeKer Beautique in 2020. Her clientele includes business professionals. She is continuing her studies in trichology and mentors the next generation of stylists.
