Janelle Alexis Flatt

Janelle Alexis Flatt owns the salon and works there as an educator and master stylist. Before opening her own business she worked in her mother's salon, and she has more than 20 years of experience in the chair. Her color training is master-level at the Wella Color Academy in New York, and she studied cutting and styling at the Aquage and Vidal Sassoon Academy. Keratin training covers Brazilian Blowout, Keratherapy, Global Keratin and Kera RX. Extension certifications come from six companies: Babe, Bellami, Beauvoir, Microlink, NBR and Great Lengths. Her methods include K-tip, beaded, tape-in and weft, including the hidden bead method. Past roles include educator for two keratin smoothing systems, color and balayage educator for Calura/Oligo, and lash extension educator. She also designed the Janelle Alexis Cosmetics line and curates the Authentically Beautiful jewelry collection.
