Dr. Watkins

Dr. Watkins is the founder, owner and medical director of aNu Aesthetics & Optimal Wellness in Kansas City, Missouri. She leads the medical aesthetics services, founded the wellness medicine team, and designed the Lotus VIP membership, whose member treatments she also curates. She opened the first aNu location in the Northland in 2011. Before aNu, she practiced family medicine in underserved communities in Brooklyn, New Jersey and Missouri. From 2014 she served as Chief Medical Officer at Northwest Health Services, overseeing nearly 20 providers across seven clinics. She still serves federally qualified health centers while running aNu. She also co-founded a regenerative clinic that was later folded into aNu. She is a national trainer in PRP, peptide therapy, IV nutrition, ozone and advanced biologics, mentors other providers, and speaks at national conferences. The business says her treatment protocols are used by clinics around the country and describes her as a nationally recognized leader in regenerative therapies, a master injector and a national educator. Her work centers on hormonal imbalances, gut disorders, autoimmune disease, infertility, chronic infections and fatigue.
