Dr. Rosalind Hudson

Dr. Hudson is a board-certified internal medicine physician whose practice centers on anti-aging skin care. Her medical training at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio concluded in 1982, and she graduated in the top quarter of her class. Residency took place at Brackenridge Hospital's Central Texas Medical Foundation in Austin, Texas, where she also worked as an emergency physician. Board certification in internal medicine followed in 1986, and in 1989 she opened a private internal medicine practice. Earlier posts included full-time work with Kaiser's Internal Medicine and Urgent Care Clinics after she moved to the Bay Area, a position at the Kelsey Seybold Medical Clinic in Houston, and part-time work as a clinical trial monitor at Laboratoire Unicet in Paris. Her bachelor's degree in art, from Trinity University in San Antonio, dates to 1970, and she took pre-med courses at the University of Texas at Austin. Her interest in anti-aging skin care and laser science dates to 2005, and she focuses on laser treatments and anti-aging care. Microneedling with platelet-rich plasma is used for acne scarring and advanced collagen loss. She also applies pharmaceutical-grade antioxidants and non-ablative laser treatments to address skin laxity, discoloration and texture. Anti-aging consultations begin with an evaluation of the skin, including skin type, sensitivities and how it has responded to earlier treatments. She then proposes a treatment program shaped by the patient's options, budget and goals. For the surgical practice she helps Dr. Denkler: she sees cosmetic consultation patients, reviews medical history, and shows before and after photos from his portfolio. Patients who choose her for surgery receive a pre-operative physical exam.
