About
Cylburn E. Soden, Sr., MD started Soderma Dermatology and is a board-certified dermatologist with more than 35 years of practice behind him. His first dermatology office opened in Baltimore, Maryland in 1984.
He earned his degree from Morgan State University in Baltimore in 1968 and his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1974. He completed residencies in pediatrics and dermatology at Walter Reed Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and belongs to the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
For over twenty years he served in the US Army as a pediatrician, a dermatologist and a hospital commander, and retired as a colonel. His main expertise lies in pigmentary disorders, pediatric skin conditions, hair and scalp disorders, and cosmetic procedures.
